To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required:

The balance payment must be made at least 30 days before the tour departure date. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to info@heavenskardutour.com. The cancellation date will be considered as the date we receive your written notification.
Cancellation charges apply as follows:
