Note: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance can be paid before or upon arrival.
What is your cancellation policy?

Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair while accounting for our commitments:

  • 30+ days before arrival: Full refund (minus processing fees)
  • 15-29 days before arrival: 70% refund
  • 7-14 days before arrival: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days: No refund, but we offer rescheduling
  • No-show: No refund

For force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest), we offer full rescheduling or credit for future travel.
